Michael Itegboje is a Director with extensive experience in the Nigerian capital market and financial services industry.
Itegboje holds degrees in Agricultural Economics, an MBA, and an MSc in Governance & Finance, and is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and Haggai Institute, Hawaii. He brings decades of professional experience in stockbroking, investment advisory, corporate governance, financial management, and strategic leadership to his role as Director.

Before assuming this position, he served in the public sector with the Bendel State Ministry of Agriculture and the World Bank-funded Agricultural Development Project, before transitioning to the capital market, where he distinguished himself as a Stockbroker and recorded one of the largest single trades on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of TRW Stockbrokers Limited, where he led the transformation of the firm into a notable player in the Nigerian market.

His expertise spans Stockbroking, Capital Market Operations, Investment Advisory, Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Business Transformation, Board Leadership, and Institutional Development. He has also made significant contributions to the growth of the Nigerian capital market through his service on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, where he rose to the position of President and also served as Chairman of the Institute’s Tribunal. He continues to provide leadership on the Institute’s Examination Board.

His appointment is expected to leverage his extensive industry experience, strategic insight, and proven leadership capacity to strengthen governance, enhance operational excellence, and support sustainable growth and innovation in the firm.
